Delivery within South Africa usually takes:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: slightly longer

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it.

 

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unworn items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

With proper care, GP SKY jewelry lasts long.

Avoid water, perfume, and sweating on the jewelry to keep it shining.
